Delta's fee = 15% of the employee's beginning annual salary (much lower than fees charged by most other search firms)

Delta is completely responsible for the individual. If you are not completely happy with your new employee we will replace that person, with no additional cost to you.

Delta's fee = employee's hourly wage + 55% for 90 days /520 hours (example: $10/hour = $15.50/hour).

After 520 hours, the employee can simply transfer to your payroll – with no additional fees!
