Delta was established in 1994 as a temporary help service and shortly afterwards added direct placement and temp-to-hire services.

Delta has conducted extensive research on area company's wants and needs in order to provide the best possible service.

Delta works with commercial clients in a number of areas, including, but not limited to, manufacturing, administrative, engineering, light industrial and general labor.

In 2007, Delta started working with Federal clients and currently serves both the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Currently Delta offers a variety of services including temporary, temp-to-hire, direct placement, contract projects and payrolling services.
